How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "Register" link in the Quick Links menu.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "Login" link in the Quick Links menu to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you select and the weight of the shipment, as well as other factors as determined by the shipper (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc.).
I forgot my password.
  Resetting your password is easy! Click the "Login" link in the Quick Links menu. On the login page you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click the link and on the next page, enter your password, then click "Submit". We'll email you a link to a page where you can easily create a new password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  Please forgive us. Mistakes happen. If you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product and we'll make it right.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
  You may cancel your order within 24 hours or any time before it ships. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-944-2221 ext. 179 within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the items are returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned to the location it shipped from within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

Please note that the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration do not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: 1. Electronic Music Downloads. 2. Gift Certificates. 3. Customized or Special Label products. NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and insure or declare the full value of your package for safe return so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Order Status" linkand login to view the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.
