Do you ship to my country?
  Please contact us to inquire if we ship to your country. You may also create an account by clicking the "Register" link in the Quick Links menu. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  The shipping charges will be calculated on the weight of the order and the current rates for shipping from the U.S. to your country. This often means that we will need to bill you separately for the shipping charges once your order is ready for shipment. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  You may cancel your order within 24 hours or any time before it ships. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-660-944-2221 ext. 179 within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the items are returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned to the location it shipped from within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

Please note that the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration do not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: 1. Electronic Music Downloads. 2. Gift Certificates. 3. Customized or Special Label products. NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and insure or declare the full value of your package for safe return so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
